Funny thing is, in person the tree looks crowded, but here it looks
sparse...

This is an even bigger close up. The mermaids are from my trip to Hawaii in Sept. 03, I brought the red one home and conned my mom who was there working for another 3 months to get me the rest for my birthday. The crocheted teddy bear is the olders (I think) a woman who worked with my grandma for NASA made several of them and gave them out to her co-workers for Christmas aometime in the 80s... and if you couldn't tell... I love snowflakes!!

and now... for something completely different!

Monday I leave for Longbeach and my gastric bypass. I have created a new blog for just my weight loss stuff (so as to keep this my knitting blog and vice versa) anyways, there's a button on the right hand side of my blog, the title of my new blog is "iShrink". Go check it out--- yes the black thing in the background is me...

Good luck on your gastric bypass! I'm going to follow your new blog for that, cause I've been really intrested in getting one too. I probably wont ever get to have one, cause i cant afford it and i dont have insurance, but i can always dream :) Hope all goes well! Best of Luck! :) - Jess
